Ohio Wesleyan Athletics Hall of Fame
Jim Horne '81 was a 2-time All-Mideast selection as a goalkeeper in men's soccer. His junior year, he earned first-team All-Mideast and All-Ohio and honorable mention All-Ohio Athletic Conference laurels after leading the OAC with a 0.56 goals-allowed average and a school-record 10 shutouts as the Bishops won a school-record 16 games and their first Stu Parry Award under Jay Martin. As a senior, he claimed first-team All-OAC honors as well as second-team All-Ohio and honorable mention All-Mideast citations, after again leading the OAC in goals against average and shutouts. His career total of 20 shutouts set an Ohio Wesleyan record.
