Ohio Wesleyan Athletics Hall of Fame
Julie Bredenbeck '84 won 3 All-America citations in track & field. As a sophomore, she won the NCAA Division III discus championship and earned All-America honors with a fifth-place finish in the shot put, as well as finishing ninth in the javelin. She repeated as an All-American in the discus as a junior, finishing sixth nationally, and was eighth in the event as a senior. She won Centennial Athletic Conference Most Outstanding Field Performer honors as a senior after winning the shot put and discus and placing fourth in the javelin in the league championship meet. She also lettered 4 times in volleyball.
